HOW THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORKS

When you refer someone to We Support 365:

• They choose and subscribe to one of our service plans
• They provide your registered phone number or email address as their referral reference
• Once their payment is successfully completed and active for 30 days, your referral reward becomes eligible
• You continue receiving monthly referral rewards as long as that client remains active and continues paying

IMPORTANT ACTIVATION RULE

Referral reward payments will begin only after you successfully refer your first 5 active clients.

Example:

If you refer:

• 1 client ❌ No payout yet
• 3 clients ❌ No payout yet
• 5 clients ✅ Referral rewards begin

Once you complete your first 5 active referrals, all eligible referral payments will start according to the plan rules.

This ensures the referral program remains fair and sustainable.

PAYMENT PROCESSING RULE

Referral rewards are processed only after:

30 days from each successful client payment

This means:

If your referred client pays today, your referral reward for that client becomes eligible after 30 days.

This helps ensure account stability and service continuity.

WHEN REFERRAL REWARDS STOP

Referral rewards for a specific referred client will stop immediately if:

• The client cancels their subscription
• The client stops making payments
• The client’s service becomes inactive
• The account is suspended for any valid reason

Referral rewards are only paid for active paying clients.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Referral rewards are linked only to your registered phone number or email address
• Clients must provide your correct referral information during signup
• Referral rewards cannot be transferred to another person later
• No referral reward will be issued for unverified or inactive accounts
• We Support 365 reserves the right to review referral eligibility if required
